LEADING THE CLOUD PLATFORM
Amazon Web Service is the most comprehensive and extensively used cloud platform across the globe, and it provides more than 165 fully integrated services for various data centers in the world. Millions of customers—including the fastest growing start-up company, the largest company, and leading government authorities—all trust AWS to help their infrastructure be more flexible and cost efficient.
AWS REGIONAL GLOBAL NETWORK
AWS has the largest global influence on the market. No other cloud provider has so many regions to provide multiple availability zones. The AWS Cloud spans 102 Availability Zones within 32 geographic regions around the world, with announced plans for 15 more Availability Zones and 5 more AWS Regions in Canada, Germany, Malaysia, New Zealand, and Thailand.
Each AWS region provides several availability zones that are physically separated and isolated from each other. These availability zones are connected with low latency, high transmission amount and redundancy network, and they can provide you with an easier and more efficient way to design and operate applications and databases; they also have higher availability, fault tolerance ability and scalability than the infrastructure of conventional single data centers or multiple data centers. The AWS region/AZ model is recognized and recommended by Gartner as the method for implementing enterprise applications that require high availability.
CLOUD COMPUTING
Cloud computing provides a simple way to access servers, save in databases, and apply various application services through the Internet. The cloud service platforms such as the Amazon Web Services are equipped with network connection hardware and are responsible for maintaining these application services. The customers can simply allocate and use the required resources through web applications.
